CLUB AWARD NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN We have three categories of awards at prizegivings:
Nominations for our Club Awards are now OPEN. This is your chance to nominate players, teams, managers, scorers and coaches for a variety of categories, including most promising, most improved for players, teams and coaches managers, Nathans Way award and personality of the year. ANY club member can submit nominations (including parents of juniors), nominations will then be reviewed and the winner selected by the ECB executive team. We encourage you to nominate AS MANY people as possible across different categories to help ensure a diverse set of nominees! If there are no nominations the award will not be given out. Club Award Nominations must be submitted no later than Sunday 23 March 2025 Junior Prizegiving - Sunday 06 April @ Rosedale Park Stadium starts at 1pm Full details on prizegiving including the programmes will be out soon. |

CLUB DAY SATURDAY 22 MARCH 2025 Our Club Day will take place on Saturday, 22 March 2025, and we’re holding a bake sale under the Gazebo by the club rooms, we'll also have some merchandise on sale. We’d love your support to make this event a success! If you enjoy baking, we would greatly appreciate it if you could bring along a plate of baked goods to sell at the bake sale. If baking isn’t your thing, but you have some free time, we’d be grateful for volunteers to help with the bake sale, collect uniforms, or assist in the control room. More details will be shared soon, but please mark this date on your calendar. Finals day is always a fun time for the kids, with Harbour Prizegivings and plenty of activities to enjoy! |

ECB UNIFORM RETURN All ECB Softball uniforms must be returned by Saturday, 22 March, the last playing day of the season. If you are not participating on that day, please make arrangements to return your uniform at your final practice or game. Coaches and managers are available to accept returns at any time. Please remember to bring a change of clothes on the final day, as we’d like to avoid a repeat of last season where some players left in their underwear. Also belts, socks and caps are yours to keep and do not need to be returned. Uniforms should be returned dirty, as they will be commercially cleaned and sorted for next season. We prefer not to chase up missing uniforms, so please make sure to return them on time. Your cooperation is appreciated to make this process smooth for everyone.
