ECB CALENDAR RAFFLE 2025 Our ECB Calendar Raffle is now underway, with live draws happening daily on Facebook! If you're unable to access the draws or happen to miss one, don’t worry – you can also find the list of winners on our website. www.ecbsoftball.org.nz CLUB DAY SATURDAY 22 MARCH 2025 Our Club Day will be held on the last playing Saturday, 22 March 2025, and we’ll be hosting a bake sale along with other activities. We’d love your help with this event! If you enjoy baking, we’d appreciate it if you could bring along a small plate of baked goods to sell at the bake sale. If baking isn’t your thing, but you have some time to spare, we’d be grateful for volunteers to assist with the bake sale, collect uniforms, or help out in the control room. More details will follow soon, but please keep this date in mind. Finals day is always fun for the kids with Harbour Prizegivings and other activites. PRIZEGIVING & AWARD NOMINATIONS 2025 Our committee is working on prizegiving details, but please save these dates and more details and schedule will follow: Sunday 06 April - Junior Prizegiving @ Rosedale Park Stadium We have three categories of awards:
We wanted to give you a heads-up that nominations for the ECB Club Awards will be opening soon! This is your chance to nominate players, teams, and coaches for a variety of categories, including most promising, most improved for players, teams and coaches including personality of the year. Any club member can submit nominations (including parents of juniors), which will then be reviewed and voted on by the ECB executive team. We encourage you to nominate as many people as possible across different categories to help ensure a diverse set of nominees! Keep an eye on your inbox, as we'll be sending out more details shortly on how to submit your nominations. To see the award winners for last season click here https://www.ecbsoftball.org.nz/2023-24-award-winners ECB UNIFORM RETURN DETAILS On your last playing Saturday, please remember to return your ECB player pants and shirts. Be sure to bring a change of clothes so you can change before heading home. We ask that the items be returned dirty as they will be commercially cleaned and sorted for next season. If you know you won’t be playing on the final Saturday, please return your gear at your last practice or game. Coaches and managers will be happy to accept them at any time.
