We’re excited to announce the time slots for your team’s photo session! 

This is a fantastic opportunity to capture memories for the season, and we want to ensure that everything runs smoothly. 

Photos will be taken on Wednesday 12 February and below you’ll find the scheduled times for each team.  

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: 

How it works: 
Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your teams scheduled time to allow for a smooth and timely photo session.  We need your whole team to be at the top of the stadium outside the meeting room (in height order) ready to go.  

What to bring: 
All players should be in full uniform including ECB player tops, player pants, socks, belt and running shoes (no cleats) caps/visors have to be worn by the whole team or not at all, so bring them along just in case. Caps will be available for purchase on the night. 

How much and now to purchase: 
Team photos are $20 each and can be purchased on the night via QR code or cash or you can pre-pay online via www.ecbsoftball.org.nz  or email treasurer@ecbsoftball.org.nz to discuss as payment plan.

Where are the photos being taken: 
The photos will be taken in the Stadium Meeting room at the back of the grandstand behind Freeman Field.  The best access would be off Paul Matthew Drive and parking beside the stadium. CLICK HERE for location

Sunday 06 April - Junior Prizegiving 
Saturday 03 May - Senior Prizegiving  

CALENDAR RAFFLE 2025

We’re excited to see the ECB Annual Calendar Raffle tickets selling so quickly! A huge thank you to everyone who has already sold and returned their ticket stubs and payments.

Each ticket costs just $10 and gives you 31 chances to win with daily draws.

Important Reminder: The last day to return your ticket stubs or unsold tickets is Saturday, February 22nd. The committee requires an entire day to reconcile the stubs from all teams, so if you’ve already sold your tickets, please be sure to return your stubs and money to your manager as soon as possible.

NEWS FROM NORTH HARBOUR

The NHSA Board advised us of David Gillanders (Operations Manager) resignation this week.  David has worked for our Association for the past five years and during that time our Association has seen significant growth.  The Club thanks David for his hard work and recognises the contributions he has made to our Association’s success.  We wish him all the best in terms of health, happiness, and continued success in his future endeavors.
