Hi everyone, Well we have kicked off the season with a bang. This weekend our ECB game times are: ECB Prem Reserve Men vs Northcote Kings at 9am - Leveloff Field We have a ‘Full Day of Softball’ on Saturday on Leveloff Field. We are setting up the ECB gazebos and inviting all our ECB whanau along to share some shade, watch some ball and support our teams. We'd love to see you there!! Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket, water, hat and sunscreen the weather looks great. In this newsletter we have:

MUSTER DAY - SUNDAY 20 OCTOBER 10am - 2pm Please note our Muster Day and Uniform Pick up date has now changed. This will be held at Carpet Court Albany, (warehouse entrance - follow the green) With the regular season starting on the 02 November. This is the time to collect your uniform, grab any merchandise required such as a belt, cap, visor and merch and finalise your registrations if needed. 10.00 - 10.30 Under 5 and Under 7 These times are a guide to help with flow. If you have several family members across different grades, please come within one of your time slots. The key is to collect your uniform this day ie: if you are an U7 and need to come with the seniors, please do so. This will save a lot of running around afterwards. If you are unable to make this muster day, you will need to contact uniforms@ecbsoftball.org.nz to arrange a time to collect from Rosedale Park. Carpet Court Albany are a proud sponsor of our Prem Womens team the Panthers and we are so grateful for them letting us use their space for our muster day. SOFTBALL FEES A reminder that your softball fees are due before the first playing Saturday of the season (2 November 2024). We are mindful that the cost-of-living increases have impacted many families in different ways, and to acknowledge this we do have payment plans available. If you would like to discuss payment plan options for your or your family's seasons fees please contact Suzette, our Club Treasurer via email treasurer@ecbsoftball.org.nz
PRE LOVED SOFTBALL GEAR We will also have pre-loved softball gear including kids football cleats (that are great for softball) old gloves etc… if you have old softball gloves, black softball pants, bats, cleats collecting dust, please pay it forward to another club member. |
