WELCOME TO EAST COAST BAYS UNITED SOFTBALL CLUB!

East Coast Bays United Softball Club, is located on the North Shore of Auckland, we are one of New Zealand's largest softball clubs. We cater for all ages and abilities, from junior players aged under 5's to under 19's to senior players in both social/competitive and premier grades. 

Softball is a great summer sport for the whole family.  Our season runs from September/November to March and games are played at North Harbour Softball Association, Rosedale Park in Albany. 

We have a hard working committee and coaches that are dedicated to providing players with the best softball experience.  Our club is incredibly proud to have been named Softball New Zealands Club of the Year 2022/23, with our very own Suzette Taylor named Softball New Zealand Volunteer of the Year and taking away the coveted Softball New Zealand supreme award of Softballer of the Year.  ​​​​​​​ECB Softball has also won the North Harbour Top Club Trophy for the last two seasons.

    NORTH HARBOUR COMPETITION DRAW - FOR ALL ECB TEAMS

    Draw is tentative and subject to change until finalised on Wednesday at 5pm. (changes can occur to diamonds, game times and BYE status).  We recommend checking the draw the day before your game to ensure you have the correct information for your team.     CLUB AWARD NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN 

    We have three categories of awards at prizegivings: 

    • Team Awards: from U11 up (coaches select these awards)
    • Club Awards: U5 - Seniors (winners are nominated by YOU) 
    • Club Awards - which are statistics based: U13 - Seniors

     

    Nominations for our Club Awards are now OPEN. 

    This is your chance to nominate players, teams, managers, scorers and coaches for a variety of categories, including most promising, most improved for players, teams and coaches managers, Nathans Way award and personality of the year.   

     

    ANY club member can submit nominations (including parents of juniors), nominations will then be reviewed and the winner selected by the ECB executive team. We encourage you to nominate AS MANY people as possible across different categories to help ensure a diverse set of nominees! If there are no nominations the award will not be given out. 

     

    Club Award Nominations must be submitted no later than Sunday 23 March 2025
